Is there a cooler on board?

Yes. Each vessel comes equipped with a cooler to store your beverages during your event.

Coast Guard Regulations. Are your vessels Coast Guard certified?

Yes. All of our vessels are Coast Guard-certified and maintained regularly to adhere to strict safety regulations.

Capacity. What is the capacity of the yacht?

Due to U.S. Coast Guard regulations, our maximum passenger capacity is 12. Capacities cannot be increased under any circumstances. Our passenger capacities are regulated and done so for your safety on board.

Payment. What type of payment do you accept?

Payment in full is due at time of booking your event. We accept major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club.
The credit card used for the purchase and a photo ID will be required to be shown prior to departing on the day of the cruise.

Refund Policy. Do you offer refunds?

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Coordinator. Will there be a coordinator on the day of our event?

Yes. Someone will be there to help direct your event prior to boarding.

Decorations. Can we bring our own?

Yes, but there are a few restrictions; no glitter, confetti, or open flames are allowed. You are more than welcome to bring your own flowers. All decorations must be removed immediately following the event. Any decorations left behind after the event will be discarded. While we are happy to help set up any simple decorations, excessive set up is subject to a fee.

Privacy. Is the ship private to just our party?

Yes. The charter is a private charter yacht and will only be used by your group.

Seasickness. Will I get seasick?

It is highly unlikely. Seasickness is very uncommon on our vessels since they were built for this type of cruising.

Smoking. What is your smoking policy?

All of our vessels and areas of our ship are non-smoking areas. Passengers who smoke may do so on the dock prior to boarding.

Weather. Do you go out in inclement weather?

Absolutely. Our vessels are fully enclosed and climate-controlled for your comfort. We cruise rain or shine. In the rare event the Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of the weather, we will contact you to reschedule your charter.

Are there safety guidelines that we should take note of?

For your safety, please follow the guidelines listed below:

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not sit on the handrails.
  • Do not stand on the chairs or benches.

Should we still show up at the dock if it is raining on the day of our cruise?

We strongly advise you to show up on time even if it is raining, unless we contact you not to. The rain may go away which can then allow us to continue with the trip.

Can we bring children aboard?

Yes. Children are welcome aboard our yachts granted that you follow all of the safety guidelines. They are also required to wear life jackets on the outside deck areas. Infants and children are considered one guest.

How do you handle late guests?

If you think that you will be late for the trip, please let us know immediately. Your captain will wait for you but this does not mean that we will the extend trip. Shortened trips due to tardiness will not be prorated, discounted, or refunded. We recommend that you arrive 30 to 45 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

What are the rental rates?

  • Weekday Charters (Monday – Thursday)
    $1050 (3 Hour Cruise)
    Additional Hours $350 / hour
  • Weekend Charters (Friday – Sunday)
    $1200 (3 Hour Cruise)
    Additional Hours $400 / hour
